FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Spa Cover Factory warrants our spa covers to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for five (5) years from date of purchase to the
original owner. In the event of failure, Spa Cover Factory will repair or
replace the spa cover at no cost to the consumer. (All cost of removal and
reinstallation of the spa cover are at the purchaser's expense.)
COST OF REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THIS SPA COVER SHALL BE THE SOLE
RESPONSIBILITY AND PAID FOR BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE:
In the event of a defect which is covered under the terms of this Limited
Warranty, notify Spa Cover Factory of such defect. If Spa Cover
Factory determines repair or replacement of this cover is necessary, cost of
removal of the defected spa cover, delivery and installation of the repaired
replacement spa cover shall be the sole responsibility of the owner.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
This warranty is void if the spa cover has been improperly installed, altered,
misused or abused or if any repairs have been performed by anyone without the
sole consent of Spa Cover Factory. Alterations shall include, but not
necessarily limited to, installation of a cover lifting device which is not
designed for this cover. Misuse or abuse shall include, but not necessarily
limited to, any operation this spa cover is not designed for or excess weight on
top of cover.
Other exclusions include:
Normal fading and minor deterioration of exterior surface,
Failure to provide reasonable and periodic maintenance,
Direct exposure to any chemicals or abrasive materials,
Damage caused by any component, or part that is not apart of this cover
Accidents, such as but not limited to, snow, strong wind, hail, tornado,
hurricane, falling objects or
Any other acts of God.
DISCMAIMERS:
Spa Cover Factory, its employees, or any of its authorized agents shall
not be held liable for injury, or loss of use of your spa, or other incidental
or consequential costs, expenses or damages. This contract contains the entire
agreement between parties. No other warranties: expressed or implied are valid.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.
