Shipping and Return Policy

After placing your order on line, you will receive an E-mail with information regarding your spa cover order. It will have all the measurements, color selection and will show the total price of your cover. Please notify us within 48 hours if everything is correct or if you wish to make any changes. Your cover will not go into production until we have a written confirmation via an email reply.

All spa covers are custom made to your specifications. You can cancel or change your order within two business days after you place it, however, once production begins no changes or cancellations are allowed.  Call 800-SPA-COVER.

It usually takes about five to seven working days to manufacture your cover. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Rural areas can take a little longer. Shipping time can also vary depending on weather or holidays. All spa covers are shipped via common carrier to most commercial or home address within the lower 48 contiguous United States. Please call 800-SPA-COVER or E-mail us for shipping quotes outside the U.S. It is important that you give us a daytime phone number so the transportation company can contact you for delivery arrangements.

You should be present at time of delivery to inspect the exterior of the box and note any damage you may see on the delivery receipt. If you can’t be at home, let the transportation company know when they call for shipping arrangements. They may ask you to leave a signed note on your front door authorizing them to leave the cover. The transportation company is only responsible for deliveries to front door!

Sometimes a spa cover may be damaged during shipment. If you see any visual damage to the box during delivery, inspect contents and if you are certain that the cover is damaged, you may refuse shipment. Your cover is fully insured against any freight damage and if you notice any hidden damage after opening the cover, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the cover. Call 800-SPA-COVER for damage claim instructions.

To return a cover that has been freight damaged, has any defect in material or workmanship which are outlined in our warranty, or has been manufactured not to your specifications, you MUST email us within 48 hours of receiving your cover, with complete RGA Form information below.  We can not accept returns for any other reason.

When you receive your RGA number, a pick up order will be sent to the freight company authorizing a pick up. Note: Shipping cost to the factory is the sole responsibility of the customer. If we determine there is a factory warranty issue, or the cover was not made to your specifications, we will make the necessary repairs and return the cover freight pre-paid.

You must have a Return Goods Authorization Number to return a spa cover that has a warranty issue or was not manufactured to your specifications. To receive your authorization number, include ALL the information below in an e-mail to email@800spacover.com.
